Prepared as demonstrative evidence for court proceedings, this timeline provides a visualization of detailed construction schedule info. Two schedules are presented above, and shown in contrast with the actual progress, below. The slider can be dragged to any point in time to display the progress at that point. Using thousands of daily timesheet entries and plan dates as source data, the visualization immediately reveals changes in sequence and other discrepancies that would otherwise require extensive analysis to uncover.
